Deborah was one of Dr. Tom's first patients over 40 years ago and joined us as an employee in September of 2023. She takes pride in being the first smile our patients see when they visit-welcoming them, easing anxieties and ensuring their visits start and end smoothly. She brings happiness and vibrancy to the office. She also oversees daily office operations and supports our team in any way possible. Deborah's goal is to create a friendly, organized and patient-centered environment where everyone feels supported and cared for. On her off time, she spends it with her family and the man of her life ,her first grandson.
Paula joined our team in November 2023. She has been in the dental field for over 30 years and with a primary focus on dental assisting. She loves to take care of the patients to make them feel comfortable and get them heppily through the procedures, one patient at a time. Paula has been married for 30 years and has two daugthers. In her spare time she loves being with her dog, Oliver.
Debbie has been with the practice for over 30 years. She graduated from Elgin Community College with a certificate in Dental Assisting and is also certified on the application of dental sealants and coronal polishing. Debbie approaches her work with an enthusiastic and friendly nature that easily puts patients of all ages at ease. She lives in St. Charles with her husband of 30+ years and has two daughters. Outside of work, Debbie enjoys traveling, cooking, gardening and pickelball.
Alicia is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist with over 25 years of experience providing high-quality oral care and promoting lifelong dental health. Skilled in patient education, preventative care and periodontal therapy, Alicia strives to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for every patient. Her goal is to build trusting relationships while delivering thorough, personalized hygiene care that supports both oral and overall wellness. Passionate about promoting good oral habits and making every dental visit a positive experience. In her free time Alicia enjoys the outdoors, spening time with family, friends and her two kitties.
